Features

The standard shape of hydraulic presses
- Deep drawing presses equipped with NC die cushions, and cold forging presses equipped with knockout devices
- Customized specifications based on the basic specifications are also available

High-rigidity
- The main frame is made up in a single-piece construction or using sectioned tie rods tightened in order to achieve high-rigidity
- It is designed using our proprietary structural analysis software so as to minimize stress concentration. Consequently, frame precision is maintained over a long period of time
Substantial functions
- Includes the "EAGLE System" press motion controller as standard Functions such as motion setting, waveform display, data bank, and data acquisition functions are integrated. In addition, NC die cushion functionis provided for deep drawing presses
- Equipped with multistage forming speed setting functions and bottom dead center learning functions
- The guidance display shows written messages to inform the operator of appropriate maintenance times and machine abnormalities
- Sequence monitoring from remote locations is also supported (optional)
Safety features
These presses are equipped with various safety features such as:
- Hydraulic circuits designed to prevent the slide falling under its own weight,
- Dual control circuits with a PC and hardware relays, and
- terlock circuits to prevent hazards caused by operation errors
High productivity
- Employment of automation equipment further improves productivity
- The H-TR series presses are designed on a customer-specific basis to provide optimum solutions
A wide range of options
- Shock absorbers to reduce the impact of breakthrough phenomena at the time of blanking or trimming work
- Electrohydraulic servo control for high-accuracy positioning and speed control
- The QDC (Quick Die Change) system for shorter setup time
- Other customized specifications that meet customer requirements
